This project encompassed the development of eleven retail units. Located in the bustling and vibrant Berwick Street Market, the site required careful coordination and sensitivity. Early management negotiations and ongoing dialogue with tenant representatives and stall holders were crucial for preparing to work in this lively area, particularly as the tower block above housed local authority tenants. Our work involved developing the shell and core of the units to a finished standard suitable for Pop Up retail tenants. The project included the installation of lighting, ventilation, and bespoke metal shop fronts with unique façades tiling. Given the site’s location in the heart of a busy market, we maintained a respectful and considerate approach to both stall holders and pedestrians throughout the construction process.
