We successfully completed the renovation and remodelling of the upper floors, transforming them into six modern, self-contained flats. Additionally, we developed one of the ground floor retail units into a shell form, ready for future tenant customization. Our team expertly managed the project while accommodating a first-floor office tenant, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. The only significant interruption was the installation of a new main electrical service, which was carefully coordinated to maintain the tenant’s comfort and productivity throughout the process.
