This project works involved the complete strip out of the ground and basement, lowering of the slab, drainage renewal and careful structural repairs to what is a 17th century building, that at basement level was as original. With the installation of roof lights to the ground floor, lighting and quality flooring returned this rather dull space into a bright open plan retail space.
